After spending multiple hours of research, I like the IRobot 560, because of all the wonderful features it has to offer. This pet hair vacuum comes with navigation sensors when seeing clean stretches of the floor in all directions in every room throughout the house picking up dirt dog hair. It’s easy to empty and clean.
Why did I choose this dog hair vacuum? The I Robot 560 comes in Black and silver color. I found it to be, one of the best pet hair vacuums because you can set it to run and leave It. One way my wife likes to use it. When she decides to go for a walk in the morning, she would just take it off the charger and let it run.

But that’s not the main reason for buying it. I wanted a dog vacuum that was battery operated, that I could let run so it would pick up dog hair, and cat hair dirt while I was doing other things, around my home like dusting and cleaning my sliding glass doors to my Lanai Etc. The iRobot 560 gives me that choice.
It comes with a strong enough battery that would last to cover a good size area, and also it is programmed to go back to the battery charger pack. As long as you have the battery pack plugged into a wall outlet in the same area or another room that is running in. IRobot will automatically find its way back to the charger pack, and self-charge. It’s so amazing to watch this thing work!
What Is a Good Vacuum for pet hair?
I have owned this IRobot now coming up on 4 years, and I can tell you that it works fantastic for picking up dog hair whether you own a German Shepherd dog or any other Breed of dog. It’s also a great vacuum if you own cats. My wife tells me this is one of the best investments we’ve ever made. It just helps make everything so much easier when trying to keep dog hair under control.
